Cranes
 

Amco Veba

A/S Oilpower Hydraulic is a Danish supplier of Amco Veba marine cranes.
The Sealand F/M series lifts up to 85 MT and is suitable for mounting on smaller vessels.
The powerful telescopic booms in hexagon sections and extended gradually and simultaneously instead of one by one.
This gives a better control of the load even in severe weather conditions.

The cranes are available in two versions

• with a powerful double rack transmission system, which is specifically constructed for maritime conditions (up to type A/FM 950)
• with yaw mechanisms – 2 or 3 (type VR75-VR85)

The cranes are supplied with

• braking valve mounted directly on each cylinder
• operator desk with an appropriate length hydraulic hose for mounting near the crane.
• Special treatment of components and surfaces to protect against hard weather

The cranes can also be supplied with HPU and wireless remote control (ScanReco or Hetronic)
The cranes are available in 5 different constructions and many different sizes.

Petrel

A/S Oilpower Hydralics sells/provides Petrel marine cranes with responsibility for service and sales of spare parts in the Nodic market.
The Petrel cranes are constructed in a more traditional way with the fishing area as its greatest customer. Here there is a choice between cranes with flexible/fixed arm in the sizes from 9.8 MT up to 250 MT.
The cranes are very sturdily constructed with complete solutions for use on the sea.

If required the cranes can be supplied with

• HPU built-into the crane column
• closed cabinet
• wireless remote control
• 2 built-on winches
• approved by various classification companies

Palfinger

A/S Oilpower Hydraulics is the Danish supplier of Palfinger marine cranes.
The cranes are manufactured in high resistance steel and with a surface treatment, using the special KTL process, ensuring long lift during many years of intense work. The safety is solely mechanical/hydraulic, as an electric solution is in no way an optimum solution in maritime environments.
PalfingerSystems also supply cranes for offshore windmills, such as Repowers 5 MW with 126m rotor diameter.
On request the cranes can be supplied with approval from various classification companies.

Special winches

A/S Oilpower Hydraulics designs and manufactures almost all types of winches according to customer requirements – wire winches, tensioning winches, anchor winches, capstans etc.

The following is possible

• traction 500 kg – 30T
• drum built according to wire dimensions and length
• directly driven by a large radial piston electric motor
• gearbox with hydromotor
• gearbox with electric motor
• mechanically or hydraulically activated band brake
• adjustable tension pressure
• mechanical or electronic steering quadrant guide
• constructed in DNV-approved spreader
• approved by classification company

Standard winches

Rotzler Lifting Winches

A/S Oilpower Hydraulics sells two types of Rotzler’s compact hauling winches.

Both are very strong winch solutions, supplied with

• marine surface treatment
• traction from 1.0 T to 5.6 T on the first wire layer

The winches are also available with

• electronic torque limitation
• minimum of 3 rotations left on the drum
• grooved drum
• thrust roller
• high-speed motor

The Titan TC winch is of a more compact construction than the TH winch.

Both winch types are constructed with

• planet gear
• hydromotor
• built-in parking brake

Hydraulic motors
 

Black Bruin BBC Hydraulic motor

BBC motor with ring with edge-shaped rim. The motor is available in 6 sizes with displacements of 462-3198 cm3/r. and a permissible working pressure (int.) of 400-450 bar.

The motor is available with

• built-in parking brake
• mechanical freewheeling
• 2-speed
• 4-speed
• Speed sensor


Black Bruin BB Hydraulic motor

BB motor. The motor is available in 6 sizes with displacements of 125-6300 cm3/r.
For the two largest models the permissible working pressure (int.) is 400 bar with permissible peak load of 450 bar.
The BB7 motor can be supplied in a version with double chamber displacement up to 12600 cm3/rev and at the same time reducing the permissible working pressure to 200 bar.

The motor can be supplied with

• built-in parking brake
• mechanical freewheeling
• 2-speed
• speed sensor

Freewheeling can run at high speed, since the pistons are secured mechanically onto the shaft, while the housing is rotating.

Bauer Hydraulic motors

A wide range of hydraulic motors. From the smallest model with a displacement of 1.0 L/rev. with 5 cylinders, to the largest model with a displacement of 32.6 L/rev. with 18 cylinders.

Bauer Hydraulic motors are characterized by a large torque at a low speed, being high-efficient in the entire working area.

The motors are constructed with

• heavy bearings
• heavy shaft in heat-treated special steel
• 2-speed – for the larger motors – available with 2-speed
